What happens after I have sent my registration?
Once we have received your registration we will send you an invoice and confirmation of your booking.
At least 4 weeks prior to the course you will also receive full Joining Instructions including hotel details and timetable.

What discounts do you offer?
We offer the following schemes:
- Early Bird Offer: Register 10 weeks prior to the course and you will save at least R1050
- Platinum Offer: Send 4 delegates on any combination of our courses and get the 5th free

What if there are a number of us wanting to attend?
If there’s a group of 10 or more it may be more cost effective to run the course In-House. This means our world class trainers will come to you and we can tailor make the course for your specific needs. Contact tracy.pienaar@terrapinn.co.za for further information.

Do I have to pay the VAT?
- If you're attending a course in South Africa you will be required to pay the VAT of 14%

When should I pay?
Payment must be received prior to the training course.

How can I make the payment?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfers or a cheque (cheques are payable to Terrapinn Ltd)

What’s included in the delegate fee?
Lunch, tea & coffee are included in the delegate fee. You will also receive a copy of the course documentation and any additional materials as appropriate for the course.

Can you book my accommodation?
You are responsible for booking your own accommodation. However we can provide suggestions on where to stay.

What happens if I need to cancel my attendance?
If you cannot attend personally, a substitute delegate is welcome to join this course in your place - for no extra charge.
Cancellation Policy:
You must inform us in writing 30 days or more before the start date of this course to receive a full refund. A 50% refund will be given for cancellations received less than 30 days before this course. No refund will be given to cancellations with a notice period of 7 days or less.

Business casual or a suit whatever you are more comfortable in!

Will I receive a certificate after the course?
Yes, you will receive a Terrapinn Training certificate for every training course you attend.
