Joo Hwee is the Head of Strategy and Regulatory for Mango Aviation Services with over 12 years’ experience in business venture development and program management spanning across varying airlines, start-ups and group holding companies operating across Asia.

He plays active leading as well as supporting role in formulating corporate development strategy, developing business plan and investment proposition, and supporting capital raising initiatives.

Joo Hwee was the driving force behind some of the major LCC and travel alliance / group in the industry: U-FLY Alliance (Hong Kong SAR), Value Alliance, Scoot (Singapore). He also led Firefly / MAS Sdn. Bhd. (Malaysia) preparation in joining oneworld alliance as an affiliate of Malaysia Airlines.
