Sarah Robertson has over 20 years of experience working with organisations to develop high performing leaders. Her experience includes leading post merger integration change programs, supporting the change leadership and helping integrate diverse cultures at GE, where she also led the creation of a new Customer Care function, creating the culture for high performing teams. As a management consultant at Accenture and BCG she has worked with client leadership teams to drive the development of strategic themes into culture, behaviours and ways of working. She has coached senior leadership teams across different industries including pharmaceuticals, food and beverage and retail.
She has a PhD in Cell Biology, an MSc in Positive Psychology and is both a certified leadership coach and an MBTI facilitator. Sarah has had a personal daily mindfulness practice for over 7 years and enjoys helping clients become more self-aware, resilient and creative through understanding their own minds and harnessing their attention better.
