Christian Erich Grutte is an independent advisor with some 20 years’ experience in the power & renewable sector focusing on power project financing and PPAs in emerging markets.

He worked with leading IPP investors, finance institutions and governments across Africa, such as AfDB, AFC, IFC, FMO, OFID, Norfund, Scatec, Engie, Enel, EDF, ESKOM, Actis, Globeleq, Aldwych, EGENCO, Oanda, Mainstream, ABSA, Central Bank of Nigeria, Total, AES, Sumitomo Mitsui, CNOOC, KPLC, Rand Merchant Bank.

He is a part-time lecturer at IESE Business School and Frankfurt School of Finance.
